What fintech software we build

Most fintech products are a combination of a few building blocks: onboarding, a ledger, money movement, risk checks and reporting. We build each block properly and connect it to the licensed partners you work with.

  • Loan management software: origination, credit decisioning, disbursal, EMI schedules, collections and co-lending.
  • Digital wallet apps: stored value, P2P transfers, QR and UPI payments, rewards and card issuing through partners.
  • Payment gateway integration: Stripe, Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Checkout.com, Network International, Adyen and bank APIs, with reconciliation.
  • KYC and AML onboarding: document and liveness checks, Video KYC, sanctions and PEP screening, risk scoring and case management.
  • Investment and trading apps: mutual funds, stocks, SIPs, portfolio tracking and robo-advice on top of broker and RTA APIs.
  • Back-office tools: admin consoles, maker-checker approvals, reconciliation, regulatory reports and customer support dashboards.

Compliance by market: what your software must handle

Your licence (or your partner’s) decides what you are allowed to do. Your software decides whether you can prove it to an auditor. These are the rules we most often design for.

We are a software company, not a law firm or a licence holder. We work with your compliance officer or legal counsel and turn their requirements into product rules, tests and audit evidence.

How much does fintech software development cost?

Fintech costs more than a typical app because of security, ledger accuracy, partner integrations and audit requirements. These are planning ranges for teams working with Infikey, not quotes.

Product shapeTypical scopeBudget (USD)Budget (INR)
Fintech MVP on partner railsOne core journey, KYC via a provider, one payment or lending partner, admin panel25,000–60,00020–50 lakh
Lending or wallet platformWeb and mobile apps, ledger, rules engine, multiple partners, reporting60,000–150,00050 lakh–1.25 crore
Feature for an existing producte.g. UPI or card payments, Video KYC, credit-score integration8,000–35,0006–28 lakh

What pushes the cost up

  • Number of partner integrations (each bank, bureau or KYC provider adds testing and certification time).
  • Building your own ledger instead of relying on the partner’s.
  • Regulatory reporting and audit evidence requirements.
  • Penetration testing, PCI scope and security reviews before launch.

Security and architecture we use for fintech

  • Double-entry ledger so every rupee, dirham, pound or dollar is traceable, with idempotent transaction APIs that cannot double-charge.
  • Encryption of personal and financial fields at rest (AES-256, cloud KMS) and TLS 1.2+ in transit.
  • Tokenisation of cards and bank details through your payment partner, keeping your PCI DSS scope small.
  • Maker-checker approvals, role-based access and immutable audit logs for every admin action.
  • Fraud and risk hooks: velocity limits, device fingerprinting, rules engines and manual review queues.
  • Cloud setup on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud with region choices that respect data-residency rules, plus monitoring, backups and disaster recovery.
  • Testing: automated tests on money flows, partner sandbox certification and third-party penetration testing before launch.

Typical stack: Laravel or Node.js (NestJS) for APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, React or Next.js for web, Flutter or React Native for mobile.

How we deliver a fintech product

  1. Discovery: map the money flow, licences and partners, compliance requirements and the first release. You get a scope, architecture and fixed estimate for the MVP.
  2. Design: onboarding and payment journeys tested with real users, because drop-off in KYC is where most fintech products lose customers.
  3. Build in two-week sprints: working software every sprint, with partner sandbox integrations early so surprises surface early.
  4. Certification and security: partner certification, penetration test, audit-log review and go-live checklist.
  5. Launch and run: monitoring, on-call support and a roadmap for the next releases through our managed engineering team.

Why fintech teams choose Infikey

  • Compliance designed in, not bolted on: audit trails, consent records and data-residency choices are part of the first architecture.
  • Four markets, one team: we build for India, the UAE, the UK and the US, so you can launch in one and expand without a rewrite.
  • Senior engineers on money flows: ledger, reconciliation and payment code is written and reviewed by senior developers.
  • Clear commercials: fixed-price MVPs after discovery, or a dedicated team for longer roadmaps.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us.

Do I need a licence to launch a fintech app?

It depends on what the app does and where. Many startups launch on a licensed partner’s rails, for example an NBFC for lending in India, a sponsor bank in the US, or an FCA-authorised EMI in the UK, and apply for their own licence later. Your legal counsel confirms the route; we build the product to fit it.

What decides how fast a fintech MVP can launch?

Scope matters, but partner onboarding and certification with banks, payment or KYC providers usually sets the pace. We start those integrations in the first sprints and share a delivery plan after discovery.

Can you make our app PCI DSS compliant?

We design the app so that card data never touches your servers, using your payment partner’s hosted fields or tokenisation. That keeps you in the smallest PCI DSS scope (often SAQ A). A Qualified Security Assessor confirms compliance where required.

Which payment and banking partners have you integrated?

Common integrations include Stripe, Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Checkout.com, Network International, Adyen, Plaid, TrueLayer, credit bureaus and KYC providers such as Onfido, Sumsub, HyperVerge and IDfy. If your partner has a documented API, we can integrate it.

Do you sign NDAs and work with our compliance team?

Yes. We sign an NDA before detailed discussions and work directly with your compliance officer, auditors and partner banks during discovery and before launch.
