Short answer

Infikey Technologies builds manufacturing software: custom ERP, production planning and scheduling, shop-floor execution (MES), inventory and warehouse systems, quality management, IoT machine dashboards and dealer or distributor portals. We integrate with Tally, SAP, PLCs and existing tools. Typical builds cost USD 30,000–150,000, often delivered in phases.

Manufacturing software we build

  • Manufacturing ERP: sales orders, purchase, bills of materials, production, stores, quality, dispatch and accounting links in one system.
  • Production planning and scheduling: MRP, capacity planning, machine schedules, work orders and live shop-floor tracking.
  • Inventory management software: raw materials, WIP and finished goods by location, batch and serial, with reorder alerts.
  • Quality management: inspection plans, non-conformance reports, CAPA, certificates of analysis and supplier quality.
  • IoT and machine monitoring: OEE, downtime reasons, energy use and alerts from PLCs and sensors.
  • Dealer and distributor portals: ordering, schemes, stock visibility and warranty claims.

What manufacturers gain

  • Accurate stock of raw material, WIP and finished goods, so production does not stop for a missing part.
  • Realistic delivery dates because sales sees capacity and material availability before promising.
  • Less paperwork on the floor: tablets and barcode scans replace job cards and registers.
  • Traceability from supplier batch to customer shipment for recalls and audits.
  • Visibility of cost per order, product and machine.

How we deliver

  1. Plant walk-through with planning, stores, production, quality and accounts.
  2. Phase the scope: usually inventory and sales first, then production, then quality and analytics.
  3. Build in sprints with weekly demos to the people who will use each screen.
  4. Parallel run alongside your current system for one cycle before switching.
  5. Support through a managed engineering team as the plant changes.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us.

Should we use SAP, Odoo or a custom ERP?

Packaged ERPs suit standard processes and offer finance depth. Custom systems suit plants with unusual processes, job-shop work or heavy customisation needs, and avoid per-user licences. Many manufacturers keep accounting in Tally or SAP and run production on a custom system. See our Odoo vs custom ERP comparison.

Can you connect to our machines?

Usually yes, through PLC protocols such as OPC UA or Modbus, IoT gateways or simple sensors on older machines. We start with the machines that matter most for OEE.

Will shop-floor staff actually use it?

We design for gloves, noise and shifts: large buttons, barcode scanning, local languages and minimal typing. We test with operators before rollout.

Can it keep using Tally for accounts?

Yes. We sync invoices, purchases and stock values with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or SAP so accounts keep their familiar tool.
